Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheRawLuxLab. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Should your order not meet your expectations, please carefully review our return, refund, and cancellation policies outlined below.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14  days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify, products must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at therawluxlab@gmail.com or via Instagram DM at @therawluxlab. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item provided by us.

LOSS/DAMAGE
We are NOT responsible for any damage or loss once the package has been handed over to the shipping courier. All packages are sent out with care, so please contact the courier company as soon as loss is detected. 

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must include clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the issue. Upon reviewing your evidence and approving your claim, we will arrange either a replacement product or issue a full refund, including reimbursement for any return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at therawluxlab@gmail.com or Instagram DM at @therawluxlab with your order number. We will confirm if the cancellation is possible and process your refund accordingly.

Additional Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we find signs of product use, wear, damage, alteration, or tampering by the customer. All returns must receive prior approval; unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
