Terms of Service

Welcome to TheRawLuxLab. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. We recommend reading them carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets our return policy criteria.

Pre-Order Policy
All hair extensions are sold on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise. The standard processing and shipping timeframe is approximately 7–14 business days. If your order is ready sooner, it will be shipped earlier. Please note that processing delays can occur and are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened items or those that do not meet hygiene standards cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us via Instagram @therawluxlab or email at therawluxlab@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for return in your message.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photographic evidence is required. Once assessed and approved, we will offer a suitable solution, either a replacement or full refund. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and uncombed. Any signs of tampering, use, or customer-induced damage will result in refusal of the return or exchange. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy.

Shipping Terms
We ship all orders with tracking and signature confirmation. While we aim to meet the standard delivery window, we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes. However, we will do our best to ensure your package is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Modifications to the Terms
TheRawLuxLab reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved by Dutch courts.
