Thank you for shopping with TheRawLuxLab. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time
All products are available by pre-order only, unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via tracked and signed delivery to ensure safe arrival. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Domestic (NL): From €9 (tracked & signed)
International: Rates vary depending on destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
After processing, delivery time depends on your location:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU Countries: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on postal service and customs clearance)

Please note: Delays due to customs, strikes, weather, or courier service disruptions are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TheRawLuxLab is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in tracking and, if necessary, file a claim with the courier.
